We do everything we can do to ensure we send you the gifts you require in perfect condition by the date you require them. However, in an instance that you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will take steps to resolve the problem. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Email address
- Postal address
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the issue
We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response as soon as possible. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return if we ask you to return them. Refunds will not be issued if the fault is as a result of misuse.
Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been personalized for you.
We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 72 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 7 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product including postage and package.
Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified of damages in advance and the reason for return was due to the reported damage).
For items with no personalization – Goods can be returned for refund within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge you for the collection of the item from you, unless the item is faulty.
How long does my refund take?
Your refund can take up to 2 weeks to be actioned. Once the refund has been actioned it can take 2-5 working days to appear in your bank account as a credit.
